Semester 1 Report

Each student’s Semester 1 Report will be made available on the Parent Access Module (PAM) and SIMON portals next week.  I encourage parents and students to read the report carefully and work together on setting some goals for the second half of the year. To assist in this process, the Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday July 22 from 9.00am. These meetings provide a great opportunity for conversation and planning to be done in a collaborative way. Bookings for conferences are also facilitated through the PAM.

School Opening Hours – Holiday Period

As the end of another term rapidly approaches, I would like to remind you that the term finishes for students on Thursday July 4. As a staff formation day is happening on Friday July 5, the office at both campuses will be closed to enable the whole St Virgil’s staff to participate in this day.

On Monday July 8, the office at Austins Ferry will also be closed due to essential power work being carried out. For the remainder of the holiday break the Austins Ferry office will be open from 9am to 3pm.

Monday July 22 is the Parent/Student/Teacher Conference day at both campuses and students return to school on Tuesday July 23.
