Mary Rice Day

Last week your son received his sponsorship card for the walkathon which will take place on Friday June 28. The funds raised from this walkathon support the Mary Rice Centre in Kibera, Nairobi. A group of our Grade 10 students will be heading off on their immersion and will take the good will of our College to the Centre and also participate in the Mary Rice walkathon in Kibera on Saturday July 20.

Preparations are well underway for our walkathon and I encourage all of our young men to get out and spread the story of Mary Rice.

Junior School Enrolments

A reminder that all enrolment applications will close on Friday June 28. As a part of that process, new families will be interviewed in the coming weeks. The College held a very successful Principal's Tour at the Junior School yesterday with the large numbers reinforcing that demand for enrolment int he coming years will be strong.

If you know of anyone who is interested, please direct them to our College website so they can lodge an Expression of Interest.

 Community Football Luncheon

I invite all in the community who are available on Friday July 5 to book a table for the College Community Football Lunch being held at the Grand Chancellor. All proceeds for the lunch are donated to the Alex Gadomski Fellowship. Bookings can be made at

Please read on to find out more about the many other events and achievements of students over the past week.

In the spirit of Blessed Edmund Rice,
