EREA Principals’ National Conference

This week I am spending three days at St Bernard’s College Essendon, attending a conference with EREA Principals, Principals in Christian Brothers’ schools in New Zealand, and EREA Associate Schools. Gatherings such as this provide invaluable networking and professional learning experiences, particularly as we collaboratively explore what schools may look like in 2030.

 Review of the Catholic Education System in Southern Tasmania

Whilst in Melbourne, I am continuing to work with EREA on our response to the Southern Tasmania Secondary Review Business Case and Impact Statement. This involved making a presentation to the EREA Board who were very impressed with the careful consideration and analysis that has underpinned the College's submission.  It is extremely encouraging that the project is progressing so well and I will keep our community informed as additional information comes to hand.

 Community Football Luncheon

I invite all in the community who are available on Friday July 5 to book a table for the College Community Football Lunch being held at the Grand Chancellor. All proceeds for the lunch are donated to the Alex Gadomski Fellowship. Bookings can be made at
